Requirements & Qualifications 

1. 700 Credit score

2. Combined income to make 3 times the rent 

3. All possible tenants 18 and older to submit an application 

4. Provide 2 forms of ID (Driver's license, Social Security, Passport) 

5. Provide proof of current income (pay stubs, bank statements, etc.)

6. Provide current/ past landlord info from the last 5 years
